Janet Goldman – Certified Hypnotherapist

My name is Janet Goldman, and I am a certified hypnotherapist, life and health coach, and holistic health practitioner. I have had a life-long passion for health and wellness – for friends, family, clients, and me. I employ hypnosis and hypnotherapy to improve both mind and body.

If you want to change something in your life, I am committed to guiding you toward that end. I offer help with managing stress, losing weight, gaining clarity, learning to live in the moment and modifying behavior. Regardless of your needs, I believe I can offer what many other clinical hypnotherapists cannot.

 

My journey as a certified hypnotherapist

 

I naturally integrate my hypnotherapy training in Eriksonian and Kappasinian Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Nutrition into my professional practice, to help you realize your goals and create a treatment plan to help you achieve them through hypnotherapy sessions. I am a Master NLP Practitioner, Ericksonian and Kappasinian Hypnotherapist. I am a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and The NLP Center of New York. I also hold a hypnotherapy certification from The Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) a non-profit, Nationally Accredited Institute of Hypnotherapy.

In addition to being a certified hypnotherapist, I explore the quantum field and believe in the creation of our reality that already exists. I have a deep connection to the Universe’s energy field and have a comprehensive understanding of how hypnotism works, the hypnotic state, and the diverse hypnosis techniques.

I have worked in the corporate world for over 30 years, managing, leading, and coaching large and diverse project teams. Unsurprisingly, I expanded my role into that of a mentor, counselor, and advisor – a natural precursor to my current practice. My years of experience when it comes to understanding the subconscious mind have led to the creation of my hypnotherapy practice.

What is a life coach?

 

A life coach is someone who helps their clients overcome fear in order to create the lives they want. Anything that someone wants in any area of their lives, chances are good that what is holding them back is fear.

So anytime we declare what is the thing that we want, the very next thing is all the fears that come up, that get in the way. And that is often the stopping point for people. This is almost the number one issue in being human. A life coach is someone who transforms fear into truth. When we can’t access the truth, it’s really hard to get into action because the action isn’t aligned. A life coach guides the client into accessing the truth so that they can access their personal power. They may still have fear but are on a course of self-discovery and move past the fear into action.
