Skype is a great way to have hypnosis sessions; being in the comforts of your own space without the constraints of travel and time provides another way you can relax while we do our session. As long as you’re in a quiet place, have earphones and a good Internet connection, our hypnosis sessions will provide the same benefits as they would if we were sitting together in the same space.

Hypnosis Myths and Misconceptions
I can’t make you do anything you consciously wouldn’t do. I won’t make you bark like a dog or walk like a duck. I am not a stage hypnotist- I am here to help and heal people. You will never lose control of your mind. Or any of your senses during a hypnosis session- If you hear a suggestion that doesn’t make sense for you, your subconscious mind will automatically reject it.
As an example, when you are reading a book and are fully engrossed, you are in a book trance. Should you hear a loud noise, you are jolted out of that experience quite abruptly. If you stopped reading the book, you would no longer be in that state of hypnosis. The same holds true for any other trance.
Every person naturally enters a state of hypnosis at least twice everyday: just before falling asleep and upon awaking. Most people easily enter ‘Environmental Hypnosis’ while at the movies, watching TV, driving on the highway, or while reading a good book.
Hypnosis isn’t a truth serum and I cannot force anyone to “tell the truth” or to confess their secrets. Everyone has free will when they go into the hypnotic state.
During hypnosis, you may drift off consciously in your own thoughts while your subconscious is still absorbing the suggestions. Hypnosis is not an unconscious state and you may not remember everything I’ve said but you will be aware and alert upon waking with an overall understanding of the experience.
