That seems like a lot if you haven’t been taking care of yourself, but with the help of hypnotherapy, any of these can be managed more easily than if you were to just tackle them yourself.

There is a lot to explain about hypnosis but essentially, it is a deep focus inward an in a very relaxed state, you become suggestible to your environment and it allows the critical thinking of your conscious mind to take a backseat while your subconcious is making the positive decisions needed for change.
